Where Did You Get The Title "heyRICK"?
A Personal Note
"My adventurous daughter Piper gave me the inspiration for 'heyRICK'. When she was about 2-3 years old, she would often have her door locked in the morning. She would drop to her knees and call out through the gap at the bottom of the door: 'hey rick! hey rick!'"
That image prevents me from taking myself too seriously. It reminds me to stay approachable, to listen, and to always remember the simple, human connection at the heart of everything I do. It happens to be a very fitting greeting for friends: "hey rick!"
