A Marketing Strategy For Increasing Visitors To Your Fall Church Event

It's summer time, and that means your fall event should ALREADY be set in motion. If you're still planning out your fall church event, I have a ROBUST SOP and Google Project Sheet Tracker to download for free on the RESOURCES page.
Here's a rough outline what I did to skyrocket our attendance:
SOCIAL MEDIA
Create 6 Church Social Post Through Canva.
Schedule Your posts no less than 8 weeks out from the event with a link in the captions pre-register (make sure to collection first name, last name, email). Make sure you stagger your posts and highlight a different aspect of the event.
6 Weeks Out - Full Scope Event
5 Weeks Out - Tractor Rides
4 Weeks Out - Bonfire
3 Weeks Out - Inflatables
2 Weeks Out - Traveling Zoo
1 Day Out - Full Scope Event
VENDORS
Reach Out To the Following Vendors to make it fun:
Two Food Trucks
Three Inflatables (will need separate circuit breaker or generator)
A Local Cosplay (Star Wars Or Something Fun)
BONUS: Traveling Zoo with Farm Animals (ponies, goats, bunnies, etc.)
VOLUNTEERS
Onboard Volunteers As Fast As Possible
Drink Station
Snack Station
Bonfire Station + S'mores
Tractor Ride Station
Face Painting Station
Pumpkin Carving Station + Lay out pumpkins in the field or on a table
Parking
Security
Bathrooms x Indoor Facility
Music Station
Game Station (Aim for 5 yard games)

Fall Photo Booth
EMAIL SERIES
Create an Email Welcome Series For Those That Pre-register
Set up an auto-confirmation email as soon as they register with a link to add it to their calendar (Android & Apple)
Drop them into a "Church Welcome Series"
2 Weeks Before Event - Reminder 1
1 Week Before Event - Reminder 2
Day Before Event - Reminder 3
Day After Event - Survey and and ask for a Review on Your Google Business Profile!!!
3-18 Days Post Event - Church Welcome Series
FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM ADS
Boost Your Church Social Post
Boost A Social on Facebook and Instagram Post 4-5 weeks out from the event. Budget for $200-$300.
ENSURE You Geo-Target your surrounding Community.
Make Sure They Know It's a Free Event.
I led Church events for many years and clear communication through SOPs, onboarding volunteers, and promoting them through church marketing is critical for success.
